Matt is a paid marketing manager at Quality Bearings Online, specialising in B2B ecommerce. He recently spoke at brightonSEO and Performance MCR. Matt has spent 16 years in PPC, spending time in-house, agency side and freelance, so he has seen PPC from almost every perspective.

Melissa Mackey is Head of Paid Search for Compound Growth Marketing. A veteran PPC marketer, she helps clients achieve maximum ROI from paid search. Mackey contributes regularly to several industry publications, including Search Engine Land, Search Engine Journal, MediaPost, and AdWeek, writing on PPC strategy. Mackey has spoken at industry conferences such as SMX Advanced, SMX Next and HeroConf.
Throughout her career, her achievements include overseeing strategy development and implementation of paid search and paid social campaigns for all types of advertisers, as well as execution and analysis of ad copy and landing page strategy. Mackey holds a Dual BA from Michigan State University, and a Masters of Management from Aquinas College. She lives in East Lansing, Michigan with her husband and the empty bedrooms of her two grown-and-flown children.
